Project Management
This system aims to associate all of the records stored in the @6 series products with the relevant projects, in organizations that work on a project basis, thereby enable the calculation of project costs and prepare project-based reports.
Ongoing projects can be defined by project codes and project subsidiaries can be created. All in / out transactions such as material, service orders and procurement, consumptions, payment and collections are enabled to be monitored on project basis by defining the project-based system. Labor costs can be recorded and integrated by project subtotals in personnel payroll accruals. Partial and split operations based on projects can be applied in check and cash operations processed in documents such as order, waybill and invoice in order to facilitate the transfer of other expenses to the trial balance.
While all operations recorded under a project can be reported cumulatively and in detail, projects that exceed one year can be collectively reported by years.For cases where the accounting records are created on project basis, it is also possible to list reports such as financial statements in terms of project details.
