Approval routes can be defined for all documents like orders, waybills, invoices, checks and promissory notes and for the forms that are additionally prepared. The documents are processed after the approval process is completed. Approval / information warnings can be displayed on the program’s working windows and on the internet with the
e-netsis application, as well.
Responses and alternate routing can be processed for tasks that are not approved within a certain time period. Constraints, such as minimum amount, can be defined for the documents to be approved, to avoid approval routing of unnecessary documents. Certified approval operations can be executed on invoices by means of e-signature support.
E-Signature
Documents, forms and legal prints can be signed in an electronic environment by means of the certified e-signature support.
Invoices, any desired reports, files sent by e-mail can be approved with e-signature. It is possible to view the signed files (with NED extension).
